L'accesso e l'utilizzo della Piattaforma comportano l'accettazione integrale dei presenti Termini e Condizioni. Se l'Utente non accetta i presenti Termini, è tenuto a non utilizzare la Piattaforma.
Il Titolare si riserva il diritto di modificare i presenti Termini in qualsiasi momento. Le modifiche saranno comunicate agli Utenti registrati via email e pubblicate sulla Piattaforma.
Medlinker è una piattaforma di incontro tra personale sanitario e strutture sanitarie. La Piattaforma offre:

I Professionisti devono fornire:
L'Utente è responsabile della custodia delle proprie credenziali di accesso e di tutte le attività svolte tramite il proprio account. In caso di accesso non autorizzato, l'Utente deve informare immediatamente il Titolare.
Le Strutture Sanitarie devono attivare un abbonamento per accedere al database dei Professionisti e contattarli. I piani disponibili e i relativi costi sono indicati nella pagina Abbonamenti.
I pagamenti sono elaborati attraverso gateway di pagamento sicuri. Il Titolare non conserva i dati delle carte di credito.
Gli abbonamenti si rinnovano automaticamente salvo disdetta con 30 giorni di preavviso. La disdetta può essere effettuata dall'area riservata o contattando l'assistenza.
I rimborsi sono previsti solo nei casi espressamente indicati dal Titolare o previsti dalla legge. Gli abbonamenti non utilizzati non danno diritto a rimborso.
Gli Utenti si impegnano a:
Il Titolare si riserva il diritto di verificare i dati e i documenti forniti dagli Utenti. La verifica non garantisce l'autenticità assoluta delle informazioni. Gli Utenti sono responsabili della veridicità dei dati forniti.
I documenti caricati sulla Piattaforma sono protetti e visualizzabili solo nel browser. È vietato:
Tutti i contenuti della Piattaforma (testi, grafica, loghi, software) sono di proprietà del Titolare o dei rispettivi titolari e sono protetti dalle leggi sulla proprietà intellettuale. È vietata qualsiasi riproduzione non autorizzata.

L'Utente può cancellare il proprio account in qualsiasi momento dall'area riservata o contattando l'assistenza.
I servizi aggiuntivi (assistenza visti, traduzione documenti, riconoscimento titoli, etc.) sono soggetti a condizioni e costi specifici che saranno comunicati all'Utente prima dell'attivazione.
I presenti Termini sono regolati dalla legge italiana. Per qualsiasi controversia derivante dall'interpretazione o esecuzione dei presenti Termini, sarà competente in via esclusiva il Foro di Padova.
Se una qualsiasi disposizione dei presenti Termini dovesse essere ritenuta invalida o inapplicabile, le restanti disposizioni rimarranno pienamente valide ed efficaci.
Il mancato esercizio da parte del Titolare di un diritto previsto dai presenti Termini non costituisce rinuncia a tale diritto.

El Titular se reserva el derecho de modificar los presentes Términos en cualquier momento. Las modificaciones se comunicarán a los Usuarios registrados por correo electrónico y se publicarán en la Plataforma.
Medlinker es una plataforma de encuentro entre personal sanitario y centros sanitarios. La Plataforma ofrece:

Los Centros Sanitarios deben facilitar:
Los Profesionales deben facilitar:
El Usuario es responsable de la custodia de sus credenciales de acceso y de todas las actividades realizadas a través de su cuenta. En caso de acceso no autorizado, el Usuario debe informar inmediatamente al Titular.
Los Centros Sanitarios deben activar una suscripción para acceder a la base de datos de los Profesionales y contactarlos. Los planes disponibles y sus costes se indican en la página Suscripciones.
Los pagos se procesan a través de pasarelas de pago seguras. El Titular no conserva los datos de las tarjetas de crédito.
Las suscripciones se renuevan automáticamente salvo cancelación con 30 días de preaviso. La cancelación puede realizarse desde el área privada o contactando con el servicio de asistencia.
Los reembolsos solo están previstos en los casos expresamente indicados por el Titular o previstos por la ley. Las suscripciones no utilizadas no dan derecho a reembolso.
Los Usuarios se comprometen a:
El Titular se reserva el derecho de verificar los datos y los documentos facilitados por los Usuarios. La verificación no garantiza la autenticidad absoluta de la información. Los Usuarios son responsables de la veracidad de los datos facilitados.
Los documentos subidos a la Plataforma están protegidos y solo se pueden visualizar en el navegador. Queda prohibido:
Todos los contenidos de la Plataforma (textos, gráficos, logotipos, software) son propiedad del Titular o de sus respectivos titulares y están protegidos por las leyes de propiedad intelectual. Queda prohibida cualquier reproducción no autorizada.

El Usuario puede cancelar su cuenta en cualquier momento desde el área privada o contactando con el servicio de asistencia.
Los servicios adicionales (asistencia con visados, traducción de documentos, homologación de títulos, etc.) están sujetos a condiciones y costes específicos que se comunicarán al Usuario antes de su activación.
Los presentes Términos se rigen por la ley italiana. Para cualquier controversia derivada de la interpretación o ejecución de los presentes Términos, será competente con carácter exclusivo el Foro de Padua.
Si alguna disposición de los presentes Términos se considerara inválida o inaplicable, las restantes disposiciones seguirán siendo plenamente válidas y eficaces.
La falta de ejercicio por parte del Titular de un derecho previsto en los presentes Términos no constituye una renuncia a dicho derecho.

The User is responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and for all activities carried out through their account. In the event of unauthorised access, the User must immediately inform the Owner.
Healthcare Facilities must activate a subscription to access the database of Professionals and contact them. The available plans and their costs are indicated on the Plans page.
Payments are processed through secure payment gateways. The Owner does not store credit card data.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled with 30 days' notice. Cancellation can be made from the user's account area or by contacting support.
Refunds are provided only in the cases expressly indicated by the Owner or required by law. Unused subscriptions do not entitle the User to a refund.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully valid and effective.
The Owner's failure to exercise a right provided for by these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

Der Nutzer ist für den Schutz seiner Zugangsdaten und für alle über sein Konto durchgeführten Aktivitäten verantwortlich. Im Falle eines unbefugten Zugriffs muss der Nutzer den Betreiber unverzüglich informieren.
Gesundheitseinrichtungen müssen ein Abonnement aktivieren, um auf die Datenbank der Fachkräfte zuzugreifen und sie zu kontaktieren. Die verfügbaren Tarife und deren Kosten sind auf der Seite Tarife angegeben.
Zahlungen werden über sichere Zahlungsgateways abgewickelt. Der Betreiber speichert keine Kreditkartendaten.
Abonnements verlängern sich automatisch, sofern sie nicht mit einer Frist von 30 Tagen gekündigt werden. Die Kündigung kann über den Kontobereich des Nutzers oder durch Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Support erfolgen.
Rückerstattungen werden nur in den vom Betreiber ausdrücklich angegebenen oder gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Fällen gewährt. Nicht genutzte Abonnements berechtigen nicht zu einer Rückerstattung.
Die Nutzer verpflichten sich:
Der Betreiber behält sich das Recht vor, die von den Nutzern bereitgestellten Daten und Dokumente zu überprüfen. Die Verifizierung garantiert nicht die absolute Echtheit der Informationen. Die Nutzer sind für die Richtigkeit der bereitgestellten Daten verantwortlich.
Die auf die Plattform hochgeladenen Dokumente sind geschützt und können nur im Browser eingesehen werden. Es ist untersagt:
Alle Inhalte der Plattform (Texte, Grafiken, Logos, Software) sind Eigentum des Betreibers oder der jeweiligen Inhaber und durch die Gesetze zum Schutz des geistigen Eigentums geschützt. Jede unbefugte Vervielfältigung ist untersagt.

Der Nutzer kann sein Konto jederzeit über den Kontobereich oder durch Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Support löschen.
Zusätzliche Leistungen (Visa-Unterstützung, Dokumentenübersetzung, Anerkennung von Qualifikationen usw.) unterliegen besonderen Bedingungen und Kosten, die dem Nutzer vor der Aktivierung mitgeteilt werden.
Diese Bedingungen unterliegen dem italienischen Recht. Für alle Streitigkeiten, die sich aus der Auslegung oder Durchführung dieser Bedingungen ergeben, ist ausschließlich das Gericht von Padua zuständig.
Sollte eine Bestimmung dieser Bedingungen unwirksam oder undurchsetzbar sein, bleiben die übrigen Bestimmungen vollständig gültig und wirksam.
Verzichtet der Betreiber darauf, ein in diesen Bedingungen vorgesehenes Recht auszuüben, so stellt dies keinen Verzicht auf dieses Recht dar.
